satisfied with any product or service, simply call
our office at 1-888-528-9333 and ask for our CEO,
Jason Tweed. If he cannot create a situation
that meets your expectations, he will personally
sign a refund check! This guarantee
never expires. Only you decide if you're
satisfied! If you are ever unhappy for any
reason with any product or any service, we will make
you happy or give you your money back, no questions,
no arguments, no red-tape and no strings attached.
Privacy Policy
Tweed Net Marketing hates spam and
spammers! We do however recognize the need for
legitimate businesses to contact customers and prospects
in an efficient, legal and ethical manner. Because
of this we offer the following privacy policy.
Additionally, we require all of our active clients
guarantee their customers and prospects the same rights
to privacy at a minimum.
Personal data collection
Tweed Net Marketing and its clients
will never collect personally identifiable
information on any customer or prospect except where
1) the data collected is critical for the delivery
of products or services, 2) the data collected
relates to payment for said products or services,
and/or 3) the individual has given explicit consent
for such data to be collected for another purpose
other than purchase of a product or service.
Customers
Tweed Net Marketing defines
"customer" as "any individual or business whom has
received a product or service from Tweed Net
Marketing, even if said product or service was
delivered at no charge." This includes all
traditional purchases of a product or service as
well as, but not limited to, the following examples:
an individual calls to request advice, an individual
requests a free newsletter, white paper, or other
document, an individual whom participates in a
research project and receives a complimentary report
on the research results.
Tweed Net Marketing reserves the
right to contact any current or previous customer
based on the "implicit consent" given by the
customer in the process of purchasing or requesting
a product or service.
All messages going to multiple
customers by email will have an opt-out option
clearly visible. Additionally, customers may
opt-out of all electronic communication by calling
1-888-528-9333 and requesting their email address be
removed from our database permanently.
Prospects
Tweed Net Marketing defines a
"prospect" as "any individual or business whom has
not received a product or service from Tweed Net
Marketing and is identified by Tweed Net Marketing
as someone who is reasonably likely to be interested
in products or services offered."
Tweed Net Marketing reserves the
right to contact a prospect who has given "explicit"
consent to receive to information. Tweed Net
Marketing also reserves the right to contact a
prospect one time to offer an opportunity for an
identified prospect to visit our website or sign-up
for our newsletter. This one-time contact will
be delivered by email directly from an employee of
our company, and not as part of a mass mailing.
Email address information about prospects will not
be stored in a database used for marketing.
